% Rise on herbs

Hey everyone, I just spent a ton of money on clean snapdragon and a few other herbs. I'm thinking the snapdragon will hit around 12k, what you you guys think herbs can get to?

 

It is unpredictable as there are bots in Sorc Garden. Like everything year before Double XP weekend, herbs will increase and fall right back down after the event. Even during that time, herbs still wont go too high.

 

Yeah, I understand that they will fall back down. This is just for merchanting purposes.

 

Well, it's pretty much a gamble. No one can for sure what will happen but people do tend to hoard herbs on Double XP weekends but then there's Sorc Garden, the price might stay the same or drop. Besides, there was no prior saying of any Double XP weekend, maybe it's been set for a different time than last years or it might have even been replaced with "Refer-a-Friend". Whatever you choose to do, good luck!

Right, I see but still it's a huge gamble. Anything goes with the amount of bots nowadays.

 

That's a preety good thinking but you have to keep in mind that there might be someone with 20 bots who is botting sorc garden and that he might be going to sell on double xp weekend to maximise the profit.Now picture that there are a few hundreds of those...

 

Or maybe a few thousands..

 

Compare the 30 day view and the 180 day views and then you will see whats worth buying right now and what is not (something is at its all time low and now going up fast). Its not snapdragon.

 

This. People are thinking the same thing you are. You're taking a risk, and chances are you're going to bite it.

 

All I know is I bought 12k torstols @ 41.2k each, and soon as this was announced they were selling in GE for 50k each

They wont rise, and btw there isn't a double XP weekend coming anytime soon. It was the questing weekend that happened recently..

+ They wont do two bonus xp events bearing in mind that the Refer-a-friend already offers a 10% bonus to exp.

And people wont be stocking up on herbs considering the 2x bonus doesnt last for long at all, only a matter of hours, before the xp rate will go back down to 1.1x.

You have made a big mistake but at the end of the day it's only pixels.

 

not really true, a lot of botters will hoard their herbs for double exp weekend as well so they will have nice accounts to sell don't forget. and on top of this legit players who just want to max out stats will still buy even if the multiplier drops fast it's still more than normal exp for the rest of the time. which would be dumb not to make the most of the bonus exp.

I do however believe that the spike in price will be short and a lot of people will lose out due to dumping but a lot of people will also profit, and regardless you should still make some profit as it isn't going to plummet in price right away as long as you leave them in the ge u will get some profit for sure. You guys gotta remember yes there are a lot of bots but most are f2p and most others are doing more profitable things such as frosties, barrows etc.

 

I wouldn't wait to long before selling man, last time I went to buy last minute supplies for herb on the day before the xp weekend and
I got supplies under mid..

 

Thats because someone was dumb and got scared and dumped low because their herbs or what ever "supplies" wouldn't sell right away.

 

Prices will crash hard few days before the BXPW, because there will be too much holders trying to sell millions of herbs.
So I suggest not trying to aim a too high % profit.

 

You are so wrong,double xp weekend was already anounced from 9 to the 12th of september.
And refer a friend doesn't stack with double xp weekend.

 

i think herbs will never go up as before, there will constantly be sorc gardens + double xp that destroys the market
