Righting my Wrongs

The user suffering the loss was http://www.sythe.org/members/153033-whereswaldo.html for using the service of http://www.sythe.org/skill-training...oneering-service-pures-skillers-mains-24.html (last page)

I intend to refund the person 750M out of 540M because of the sunken rsgp value.I will be on the lookout for he's skype or messenger,any help is appreciated,since the profile itself is not active,please leave you're opinion in the matter,of course i will refund hem whether i am accepted back or not.
