oh. and a riddle:
a man jumps out a window, and had a sure fire way of being rescued when he hit the ground. but on his way down, he was shot by a bullet out of a window. yet this case was still classed as an "attempted" suicide.
and yes, the man died.
how is this possible?

There's another one on page 5. And I'm sorry - I was kinda just referring to double-posting in general. You're right, you've only done it twice on this thread. Let's not spam anymore than we need to...And hmm, Shredder - I guess I see how you came to that conclusion, but it doesn't really make sense to me - if a man shot him and he missed the net, how'd he not die? :O

the detective instantly knew it was murder, not suicide. how?

A stick. Then again, it's very open ended. It could be chocolate, fudge, etc.
