Well, the title basically says it all. I suggest a Riddle Sticky in General Discussion, not a big change, just a post being stickied, and postable in. After one person says the correct answer, than they can post their riddle, or pass.

If you make a riddle thread that's good enough and popular, it will probably be stickied.
