Leader Bro is one of the retards who have been hacking accounts and using them to scam in the RSPS section (Soil/Realcm999) and Rico shows up selling bulk RSPS GP which is likely from scamming. Interests may not match Leader Bro but match Soil/several other accounts he's used so even if it's not a home IP he should probably be banned until he posts from a home IP.
