Rias is a scammer

Briefly explain the trade: We were about to conduct a private server trade where he would send me payment via paypal.

How they scammed: lied about sending any type of payment

Proof that you were not talking to an impostor: it's in the screenies.

Here's him sending me his Skype info, an account which he said he just made.

He claimed his "paypal" profile was verified, and yet i find his selling thread saying he doesn't use paypal (i find out about this after i was scammed ).

Here, he said he would promise payment; he types in my e-mail address for paypal to confirm with me if he has it correct, then asks me if it's certain that I cannot retrieve the account after this transaction:


Here's him claiming to have sent payment via paypal, but i didn't receive anything. nothing. :
