Dear Sythe Staff,
I acknowledge that cancelling the bettor’s wager without a clear, published reason caused the user stress and created the impression of unfair practice, and I sincerely apologise to the user and to the community — this should not have happened and won't happen again.
Since then, I have published updated T&C that define “abuse of sports” with concrete examples and an appeal window, introduced a policy that a bet is only voided after the user is notified and given 30 minutes to respond, and opened a public Discord log for all cancellations.
I also accept responsibility and apologise to staff for my slow reply in the report thread and for the lack of transparency in our rules, and I am committed to replying to Sythe reports more swiftly — though I hope to prevent issues from arising in the first place.
