Remove "Stakers" section on OSRS Account Threads

    Remove "Stakers" section on OSRS Account Threads
    Since staking has been removed it just seems an unnecessary section ripe for post count farmers who could be posting these accounts with their other accounts in the other sections instead

    No support, people still use this for dming in PVP worlds/staking in the duel arena without putting up the gold in game.

    I would support renaming it to DM Accounts as it's being utlized for that, but not removing the sub-section completely.
