Review Your Bloody Rules!

I was browsing the Dispute forum for about 3 hours today, and as countless times before I see people getting banned for "Ban Evasion"

Are you bloody ignorant or just arrogant? A large number of those just created an account with a similar name usually 2 extra letters to reply to private messages and to handle a dispute. There is no intent on scamming or deceiving anyone. It's blatantly obvious that its the person just trying to fight for the case.


At the moment this comes under ban evading.... COME ONE what the hell is wrong with you. BAN EVADING rule should be removed in the dispute forum. OR the dispute forum system changed.

Yeah Macroman is right. It is so dumb how this is happening. Like in snowboard-ninja's case if you where referring to that.


I see that all the good mods are not mods anymore that means sythe is getting out of hand and boring! Bring back the old mods lol!

 

I agree with you. Lots of good users have been either banned or demoted.

 

What gives a banned member the right to private message on the site anyway?

Users are supposed to post disputes as a guest. They are not supposed to be able to send PM's or post - that's why we ban them in the first place. Once someone is banned, they have no reason to have another account. Therefore, when I read a dispute from a registered user, I ban it.

However, if it is clearly unintentional and unmalicious, the second account is banned with the reason, "Dispute as a Guest".

Users are only banned for evasion and denied a dispute when they intentionally evade or post in sales while they have a ban in dispute. Even then, few people do it. Most of the people that are banned for evading are actually evading in the first place.
