Ok ill stop going on about the price of SF however (in)expesnsive it may be. I'd wait for 4.0 to come before making a new twink anyway, alot of previous twink specs are about to become viable, its worth looking them up at http://cata.wowhead.com/talent. You probably know this, if you dont you get the "spec" ability at level 10.

I also think that Pallys get Divine Ret at lvl 10 also

Eh looks like I got owned in this one, my mistake ^.^. Looks like you even got an offer.
In my response I managed to forget that come Cata there will be an unknown number of new options from new quests, and I think they might be planning on buffing or introducing BoAs.

I'd hold off making a twink untill 4.0 regardless.

 

Yes, I do.
The reason I am twinking again is because in Catalysm, which comes out in 1-2 months, the non-exp players play alongside the exp players, so twinking is back.

 

Oo twinking never left. I thought that all the battlegroups were merging instead of xp/non exp merging, probably wrong though.

However, apparently they are re-doing the gear setup, so I might have to redo my gear
