Restructuring RS Discussion and Market

Runescape with the subsections of Minigames and Cheating (Put verified programs as a sticky in the cheating section, they don't need their own section)
Pre-EoC Runescape with subsections Minigames and Cheating
Videos and Pictures (Would accommodate both sections)



I think we should drop Classic all together. It is dead, or at most put a sticky for the discussion under Pre-EoC discussion. Also server development is pretty dead, it's just advertisement for bad RSPS at most it should be sticky or maybe a subsection.

I don't go into the market so no comment there.

This is going to be pretty big, and if we wait too long, we'll lose out on SEO and ultimately users and activity once the servers go live.

In regards to Roarys 'attempt'. I'd suggest 07 on top of RS2. RS2 WILL be dead.

I don't like the requests idea personally. It's not hard to look through a few pages to find what you're looking for. The purpose of this thread is to organize and consolidate, not further clutter.

 

Like i said just have a item exchange where people can post "Trading 1k sharks for 10k pure essence" Stuff like that.

 

The structure rotary posted has the item exchange, and if we go with that structure, it'll be implemented.

 

Yea was just saying we don't need one for every section just for items. If the staff really wanted request sections a sticky would work fine.

 

Yeah.... A stickies for requests would look a lot better than a section.

 

I was going to suggest something similar to that. Try to combine as many as we can but put major ones on the front page.

 

When will this be taking place?

I'm honestly too busy and distracted right now to give it any thought. Roll it out. We can always go back and tweak it as we see fit.

 

make the changes. after all its not like anythings permanent. if 07scape fails, then revert to earlier structure?
