Restrictions on new accounts?

Hey everyone, I was wondering if you all could let me know what the restrictions are when creating new F2p accounts. I heard there was a trade limit so I was wondering about what that might be and if there are any other restrictions.

Also, I heard that if your account was created before a certain date, these restrictions don't apply. What might that date be? Thanks!

 

Rules for f2p accounts created after late November:
- Can receive infinite GP from other players.
- Cannot give anymore than 25k.
- Cannot stake more than 30k (though this was already in place)

You can get around these limits by making the account a member. There is NO OTHER WAY TO AVOID THEM.

 

There is a way to give more then 25K by dying in willdy with the rsgp/items.
But yeah, I would just make it member and skip all that bullshit.

 

I don't know why Jagex did this, it's not RWT proof at all.

 

So as long as I make a new account a member for just one month they will not have a trade restriction when GIVING away gold? And as long as the account was created before late November there is no restriction on the amount of gold they can GIVE away?
