restricted from account

Evening,
Ive been restricted from my account and for the reason it says vader. It shows a list of accounts on the same Ip as mine. But why would that effect me if the accounts are not mine? im not the best at navigating through the site and can't really tell why it matters that there are other accounts on the same IP. I'm on a i guess you could say private/public ip. Only accessible by certain people. thanks if there is anything else i can provide please let me know

 

What's your account username?

If the IP addresses match a home IP address, you're responsible for your IP.
