Firstly would like to just apologize for wasting staff time with this, partially my fault and partially chloes fault....

Secondly, Would like to say this was a mistake, i did infact have consent from chloe to post that picture up, she confirmed this via skype call, we were in a group call with the following (jack/grave/syed/chloe/myself/alex) when this happened. We thought it would be funny to post troll comments such as Alex hacking people (Which he obviously hasn't and would hope no one banned him for anything considering it was evident we were just messing around) and myself not getting consent to put up the photo, she and I to be honest thought because it was in SF it wouldn't matter, even if she reported the post, we just thought it would be ignored, considering well it is Spam Forum?... Either way I just spoke to her on the phone and she is going to bed and will confirm this tomorrow morning or you could take my word for it until then... Sorry again for wasting your time for this, will be more careful when messing around in future...

If she was indeed OK with your posting the photos then I'm fine with an unban however you need to cool it with all of these photos of nearly nude women in your reports.

You're entering gray waters with them and its best to just not mess with images like that anywhere except for Upper SF.

Thanks for your support mate... Also in regards to that whole nude things, i'll keep it more SFW and PG13, only started doing that because of the amount of reports i made and was bound to hit dead ends and crap reports so instead of the thread becoming a complete waste and it becomes a hot topic of 'failuire' amongst those within SF i thought i would just post that to cool it off, actually had brought some light conversations amongst some whom currently have an internet issue with me

Assuming this was a joke/troll since Chloe hadn't actually reported it as an issue anywhere. Be more careful.

Edit: Chloe confirmed it was a joke.

PS. just dropping by to tell you that Restitution threads are meant for something entirely different.
