Ban reason that was shown to you: Scamming
Well, this is gonna be hard to appeal, because it happened 3 years ago.
I never really needed to appeal the ban in the past or anything, because I was done with market trading.
Anyway, I was banned for not applying an upgrade within 48 hours as my ToS stated, however, I did within the 96 hours. The user that reported me screwed up the template the first time and I didn't add the upgrade to his account.
I did actually apply the upgrade to his account 3 years ago. If he'd like to dispute that claim, I welcome him to this thread to post evidence.
People just overreacted imho. When you're processing say 20-30 orders a day and maintaining school / projects / everything else, it was quite difficult to keep up with all the incoming orders.
Any future services that I offer will have a much looser terms of service (giving me plenty of time to react to anything).
If by any chance I didn't apply the upgrade to his account all those years back, I'll be more than willing to come up with a solution between him and I (rather it be a few dollars via paypal, or a drink on me at the local pub).
Thanks,
