It doesn't seem like one of them is active and the other is banned.

You will need to contact your scam victims.

Repay all victims and provide evidence of this. If you cannot contact them, provide evidence of trying to without success (there must be proof of at least ONE MONTH time being passed for attempting to contact the victim for each pardon separately.)
