    The entire issue of ban evading has already been dealt with and swept aside in a previous staff discussion where it was ruled it is NOT ILLEGAL.


    Same thing for the domain issue, was also ruled not an issue.



    Request closure of threads, both issues have been ruled on by high staff & discussed previously.
