First off I did not scam him for 500K and he didn't give any of the facts. I told him before I logged off to go to bed that we would work it out tomorrow, either there was a glitch on jagex's part or he's lying. I emailed jagex's billing support about the problem but who knows if I'll ever get a reply. If a mod want's tp log on to his account and check if he has the 10% xp boost or not then I'll gladly refund his 500K. If anyone needs to get in touch with me my msn is [email protected] , thanks.

Proof I purchased membership and got my 7 days of xp. Notice he was automatically put on my friends list, I wouldn't get this unless I went through his refer a friend.
