Resolving King Tijn 2 report

There was indeed a bug with the animation code, it's supposed to show the items in his inventory.

Outcome is not determined by animation, outcome is created randomly as soon as order is approved and animation serves to show this pre-existing outcome in an exciting way.

For example in his video, one of outcomes it shows he's supposed to get scimitar in animation but we gave necklace which is much more expensive.

Maybe we can give him some free rolls or gold for reporting the issue. But he really didn't win dragon claw.

 

@Colin m92 Do you have video proof of winning the Dclaws?

Also that is your fault for putting out a faulty system, if he has video proof or sufficient proof you will be required to pay it out. @king tijn 2

 

no video of that just two images. first of me winning then stating in their live chat that i had won as previously they said they did not know why i did not win the 10m x2 osrs.

King is saying pre-existing outcome and customer support was saying they had no clue why and that they can see what you win AFTER rolled. Also why did King lose his dwc/dnt?

proof- This is more than sufficient evidence that I should be payed out -

1. That I rolled the dragon claws on a gold chest with order starting KRYWGKD~

2. Proof that my Gold Chest was actually rolled a [X2]-
clearly KRY was the order i was opening and as shown in other picture was a gold chest, Both show the [2x]

3. Proof that my order contained only 2 gold chests-
proof only 2 gold chests purchased

 

I have spoken to @king tijn 2 and his worker Jimsky, they will need to pay out at least 1 Dragon claw.

They've acknowledged that their system was buggy and they need to contact you for some kind of compensation for the double roll or work something out.

Regarding bugged spin for our chest opening product at king4rs.com.

After full investigation we have found that there was indeed a visual bug where animation was showing wrong outcome after special features [2X], [RE], and [SUPER].

This bug is fixed now. It is important to understand that it was a purely visual bug because the animation does not determine the outcome. The spinning animation simply shows the outcome for customer in an exciting way. The outcome itself is randomly determined by system as soon as order is approved which is before customer has opened chest and started the spinning.

Regarding the claim of the customer we strongly believe that every business has the right to protection against technical failures. This is also explained in both the terms and conditions of our website and on product page.

It is normal business practise in every industry from gambling to financial to not tolerate customers who use bugs or exploits. Nevertheless, in this case we are ready to settle with customer for an amount of 50m OSRS gold. This is the maximum he can get otherwise it will encourage scammers to claim non-existing outcomes based on faked screenshots. Please also note that visual bug with special features did not just go one way. Same customer had the animation showing outcome Gilded Scimitar, but we delivered more expensive item Zenyte Necklace because it was the real outcome (as you can see in video posted by customer at https://puu.sh/z7JPM.mp4)

Thanks for taking the time to understand how our chest opening system works, for reviewing the terms of services associated with it, and for acknowledging the repairs we are willing to pay to customer even though our terms clearly state we offer no such repairs.

 

Chloe probably didn't understand how our system works. He thought that you did win dragon claws, but you didn't. As I have explained, your actual winning is shown in your king4rs inventory which is visible to both customers and ourselves. The animation was a code to display it in an interesting way. You also accepted another outcome where you got more than what you thought was won, we gave you because it was the truth.

It's like if a cash machine gives you the wrong money, can you keep it?

I would like to hear more opinions please.

 

when i ordered i did not see all of this info and the last response i had gotten before the message with all of the TOS and golden chest rules were over a day ago. i would like to see the last time points 1 and 2 were edited.

 

I had thought the gilded scimitar was worth more but i can trade back the 2 million. or you can take it off of the dclaws + compensation you owe me.

 

@Colin m92 why didn't you say anything to @king tijn 2 or the livechat operator when you realised the system wasn't functioning properly? You got a item worth more than what you should have and decided to not say anything but when the opposite happened you decided to make a scam report.

 

@veng like i said i thought the gilded scim was worth more, for some reason i thought it was worth 20m when it was 10, neck is 12. like i said happy to refund that
