Ever since I reported them to the platform, they've finally started replying. Before that, no one was responding at all. Now they're saying they'll return my deposit and pay me the remaining amount after 10 days.

 

The worker is trying to misrepresent the situation.

First, he claimed his deposit was 2.5B, but that isn't true.

Second, when we asked about his Thieving order, he said it was completed. However, after checking the account, it was only level 88, not 99. We also verified it through the ticket tool and found that not even half of the order had been completed, despite him claiming it was finished.

On top of that, the client ignored us for two days, and within less than two days we had already encountered these issues. We simply told him to stop working until we could figure out what was happening.

Later, we discovered that he had been privately messaging another worker, Ahmed Zahran. The client also sent me screenshots of the DMs between them.

After that, we told him we would temporarily remove his role until he completed his current orders and everything was resolved. We never said we would withhold his payment, keep his deposit, or punish him unfairly.

Now he's trying to twist the situation and make false claims in an attempt to get more money. I have additional evidence if needed—just let me know what proof you would like to see.

Also, he should be able to show where I ever said I wouldn't pay him for the work he completed or that I wouldn't return his deposit. He can't, because I never said either of those things.
By the way, when we sent screenshots proving he was trying to scam us, he completely ignored the evidence and just replied, "I didn't know." That doesn't change the fact that he falsely claimed his deposit was 2.5B, said the Thieving order was finished when it wasn't even close, and misrepresented the entire situation.
