Explanation of the trade:

I asked if they had anyone available to complete an Inferno cape immediately, and they said they did. They gladly took the payment instantly through BTC but then told me their servicer was still asleep.

They said he couldn't complete it immediately, so they reposted the job looking for another worker. They eventually assigned it back to the same servicer, sent him the account details so he could start immediately, and then received no response from him for almost three hours.

The servicer failed the Inferno due to what they claimed was "lag." I immediately requested a refund because I have limited supplies on my Ironman account.

Swift told me he would issue the refund the next day, but it has now been several days with no response.

How they scammed: Not responding to refund after being promised to refund 3 days ago.
