Amount scammed: Maxed DMM account + 1b DMM GP (at time 600m 07). (See reported for proof of GP transfer/trade that had been made It contains RSN's so putting in hidden).

Proof that it's their Discord:
Explanation of the trade: Purchased some basic accounts from his online shop to use for DMM.
https://antoniokala.mysellauth.com/
Accounts purchased on 27th January:
LEGACY LOGINS - TUTORIAL ISLAND COMPLETED ACCOUNTS - TRADE READY ACCS
How they scammed:
Account was locked on 17th February. I contacted seller asking for there assistance in recoverying the account. A week to go on DMM, and had maxed the acc which would transfer over to W45 + the GP that I had found a way of transfering over to W45 also.
Seller confirmed he had no recovery information and that I should just make the email and recover it that way. I had registered it to the gmail email address that was the same as the username already.
I've attempted multiple recoveries all have failed, including getting friends who live in different countries around Europe to try to see if I could get close to it.
The seller said he has 'helped' but all he did was attempt a jagex recovery login request, when the account is a legacy? He has failed to provide any creation information, locations or anything that would be useful. Simply saying just attempt to recover it.
Throughout it the seller has claimed his TOS are that he doesn't need to help and has been useless throughout the exchange on providing any information.
The account I purchased was $4, and he has offered me up to $20 in a refund, but this is now principle. That he is actively selling accounts to people knowing he has 0 ways of recovering the account as he has not kept any creation information and as he states 'created them on random proxies years ago'.
IF this is the case then he shouldn't be selling the accounts knowing he is unable to provide any assistance in recovering. The fact he didn't even attempt to recover the account and assist pissed me off, as I went to him seeking assistance and have spent 5 days going round in circles with him.
The value of said trade was 600m GP 07 which equates to around $120. + an almost maxed DMM account that would have been transfered over to W45. Approx value tbf is $300+ and thats been caughtious/generous given I've actively sold maxed combat W45 accounts for $200+.
I really don't care about the $4 or the $20 it's purely principle. I'd even offered to take legacy accounts that I could toss into a bot farm instead of him having to outlay $.
The seller just shouldn't be allowed to sell accounts with his current attitude to the Sythe TOS of 1 month minimum recovery and making 0 attempt to help.
