I haven't used any of the accounts, there are logs for everything on Eternal farms.

If you have a look at the date from the last report and when it closed, the accounts were delivered defective on the 11th at 8pm was report opening. It's very unreasonable to assume I botted and got the accounts banned by the 12th (which would be around 4 hours after the report was posted). Bans are primarily a reflection of an accounts actions over the last few days not the day of otherwise suicide botting wouldn't be a thing.

It said locked as noted in the original post creating the report, if the accounts were banned and not locked i'd just write banned?

Please remember, I am an account seller, each of these accounts was going to return multiples of the cost. If i didn't want a large amount of account I could've bought a couple, but the idea is buying bulk to get a discount and reduce the cost per account to increase margins. It is not in my best interest to make this purchase just to not fulfill the completion/sale to get my multiples back...

That being said, upon your inspection the issue at hand is that I was sold 21 partially locked partially banned accounts.

Here's more evidence that SalesRSGP clearly knew the accounts were destined for failure, I mean who else panic sells accounts in this fashion, i have never come across this before. Note: The time stamps perfectly align, and they are the same accounts in the title the (PNM)

you did ask me, got those accounts membership?, i told no since they are rested membership ended, you told me you do need 75 range not intressed ( which you still did bought them, to raise the range you botted it f2p and got banned, the other 30 accounts from the other case are still alive they are not banned, i can show proofs its not banned.
from other case ( resolved one ) when you gived back to me i saw the registered mail type its exactly look like your mails from this case the 21 logins has look like the same registered mails from the resolved case.

On October 11, the seller, expressing urgency to sell before October 12 (Sunday, known ban day), offered multiple accounts to me at a substantially reduced rate of approximately 30% of market value. Upon reviewing the accounts, I identified that several had pre-registered email addresses and immediately informed the seller. The seller declined to assist in resolving the issue, which compelled me to open a Sythe dispute the same day to formally document the problem.

On October 12, the dispute concluded in my favour. It should be noted that the transaction was not considered complete until the resolution of this dispute. On that same day, possibly even before the dispute officially closed, 21 of the purchased accounts were locked and or banned. Given the timing, it's clear that these actions occurred independently of any conduct on my part. I acted transparently and in accordance with Sythe procedures throughout the entire process.

3. from the resolved case, i did take the 31 accounts back, those are still not banned, i sold 15 from the same batch sale — Postimages see, nothing happen, also you are the only one who coming with : accounts are registered(what you did self), accounts are locked(what's not locked), no accounts are banned(what you did banned self ),no he wanted to sell urgeceny(that's a lie also show proof for $100 ltc (post the proof from urgeceny show you dont lie.), you need to do normal you are wasting my time and from the moderators.
