    DNT has been lifted, thank you for refunding @BasicSwamp.

    However, I've issued you a TWC for a terrible trading practices, forcing the buyer into making a report, because you failed to unlock the account and refused to issue a refund. Furthermore, you tried to negotiate the refund by 50%, tagged multiple users watching this thread and got yourself a spam infraction (seriously Fred, what the hell).

    You can dispute your TWC in a month of time in the following section: Dispute a Ban or TWC
