Link the current Sythe account: Macho
Which violation you are reporting the user for: Plagiarism
Why you think they're violating Sythe rules: They have ripped off a site I created for a client, evidence below.

Back in March/April I created a site RojasCapes.com for another Sythe user.

Macho has at some point between then and now, taken it upon himself to rip the design with minimal changes for his own site, www.macho4rs.com.

I have taken some screenshots as of 16th January 2020 to show what the site looks like, which you can easily compare with the site I created.

 

i ordered website development from some developer on facebook, i didnt request to copy anyones work and i didnt even rojas's site until now, this was done without my knowledge and i took site down now..
Meanwhile i am looking for new developer to develop new site or modify the current one, if @Rojas have issue about it i can pay him or whatever mod decide me to do

 

If you can provide proof of these claims either here or DM them to me that would be great

He clearly decided my prices were too high and to pay someone to rip my work for less.

After reviewing all of the evidence, @Macho is receiving a one month ban for plagiarism. @Macho it was very clear that large portions of the website @Rites created were knowingly ripped, including smaller assets and images and were very distinct. In regards to the 400m that was discussed on discord, whoever has that will need to return it to @Macho as we only award damages in cases like these when there is a provable loss of business due to the plagiarism.

EDIT: Macho has paid Rites for the rights to use the work, and as such the ban has been lifted.
