Rental account,

Deal was, I sell/buy gold from him, I get rental for as long as i want.

I told him I was staking and that if I made some I would sell him.

He confirmed with "ok"

he then changed pass and locked account just as I was about to stake someone.

1170m loses.

I was screensharing with Frank/Chillzer as I went. Dieze messaged him "Pathethic that you scammed for 1.1b" and pokole replied with "free 500$ is free 500$". please see below screenshots.

So first he says there's nothing on the account yet he when Dieze confronts him he says free 500$ is free 500$

Mods please contact me for video proof of the account recovery, there was no gold unfortunately so this is a very bad attempt.

User has been stealing account for more than 2 hours which he did not pay for , owes me 16M 07 for time which he basically stole while being on our accounts without our permission.

No one agreed on your "I get rental for as long as i want", rental was given for 1 hour.

When it comes to "ok" part, you did not mention about renting, and staying on our specific account. That was a simple notification for gold sale as normal supplier like before.

Video has been sent to @BlackBlasses of the account recovery and logging in right after it.

I thought Dieze is along with the "joke" of me "scamming" the 1.1B osrs, apparently hes as bad as this scam attempt and is well involved in it.

@pokole i am not sure why you have tagged me in this report other than perhaps wanting me to respond - so here is my response.

I was contacted on discord by the OP being told he'd been kicked off a rental for 1.1b and that @Chillzer was screensharing at the time and he verified he saw he got DC'd as he was entering a duel; with Chillzer being someones word i trust i contacted you about it and showed them your response. Jokes aside you DID recover that account whether the gold was on it or not is another story and nothing to do with me.

What i find extremely sketchy, is the OP told you he was staking on the account and you did nothing until minutes after he was asking you for the price you was selling gold for - knowing this user buys large amounts and that he was on your account - the very LEAST you could do before recovering is to check if he was still staking or if he had money on the account. It literally takes seconds to warn someone you want them to not be on your account anymore or to transfer their gold - in randomly recovering when you feel like it without any prior warning puts the people that rent your accounts at risk - should you recover when someone is entering a stake and you force them to x-log it can cause them to lose funds and shouldn't be tolerated.

Try to combine these rules together

12. Breaking any of the Rental Terms of Service will result in immediate recovery of the account. No refunds will be given for the paid service in this case.

13. You are not allowed to be on the account longer than ordered, sneaking on the account without our permission is strictly against the rules, this will result in seizing funds for the time used without us knowing.

What right do you have to message everyone about StakeGP scamming with no valid proof. Messaging discord users in private to make us look bad. How is that appropriate ? Its not the first time you are doing that to us.

 

Without recording evidence of your staking, there is no way for us to verify the amount on the account. There is a stickied post in the rental section that warns you about recording your stakes.

As such, there was no agreement for additional time on the account as only one hour had been paid for. However, you simply cannot just boot someone off the account without giving a warning - at the very least there should be a message before the hour is over that their time is running low.

Just to make sure this is clear, our section rules do not allow users to seize funds. You are only permitted to keep the deposit on the account.

I've added a TWC for poor trading practices as this was handled very poorly
