there is this unbanned user - RIDPartyHacks
this user and ChinaNumbaWon are 100% the same person. please view the signature of ChinaNumbaWon - u will see his discord has the same name as RIDPartyHacks.

now what makes me think ChinaNumbaWon is a ban evader or a potential scammer is this:
Need 99 Firemaking from Solo WT

No human on earth would offer what he offered. smells bad and fishy.
I believe he opened the account ChinaNumbaWon after he realised the date of birth that he put is 2 similar to the banned account.

if you could do a mod check on him, I believe u will find he is the same person

 

There's a difference in the two. If you have reason to believe he's attempting to scam then report this in the Report A Scammer section, not in here. Though make sure to be a 100% sure rather than just having a feeling he's a potention scammer. For example I'm fairly certain you're a ban evader but there's not much I can do about that until I have actual evidence to proof I'm right. As for the IP match between China and Ryan, it's a college IP match.
