    Ah, I was busy the last 2 days, by adding you again, you deleted the account trying to hide it, which is clearly shown in my proof, just when u deleted that account, I posted the message here and you acknowledge with a false mail of another (older version) whihc you are trying to access and it shows "deelted", ofc its deleted lol. All the facts are there. Yes I accepted all the tos and stuff.

    The point still remains, Primal had full access since the day I created that sheet and he kept saying until just before the report that "I was holding the accounts and he could not access it". My Proof shows otherwise

    I have to further thing to clarify.

    I didnt access that shit for 2 months, that is why I said "i will add u again" to check, but you were already added, that also is shown in my Notion proof that the "access" was never revoked lol. Unless you have someting other to show than the conversation we had (which I showed 100% already in the video without any cuts or omitted parts) I believe I am owed $500 and more for this shit issue and the time I have put trying to resolve this.

    Damn this is taking a nice chunk of my time.

    - I will reveal this info here anyways, if you believe someone will work for u full time for 150-200 bucks, I think you have low standards man. I worked on multiple other projects for Hydra, Dentist and a few other games. I was still available most of the time to resolve issue.
    - If you believe my "logs" and stored info was bad, I would like you to show me how other mods in ur server are working better than me. My notion updated was handled primarily by me, nobody helped me in it, I logged who created account/when were they created (if date was provided), who bought them and what ticket number.
    - If you believe this is not enough then you could have found someone else. Every month given my worked I was payed no more than 200 (250 on one occasion on christmas I believe) and eveytime I demanded more money and had to haggle over a day, the response will be "we are in loss, we cant give that much, it will increase gradually".
    - As for transferring gold in my account, lol, I could not care less about pennies over there. Even tho at some points I held over 5-6bils, none of that is missing and I have worked as best as I could to log those.
    - Coming up with whatever info you like given I have to access to the server or the context of whatever screenshots you provide (which I can not see anyways) gives you nothing.
    - My work over in Primal over the course of 6+ months, you can see the change. The business expanded, I made the complete discord bots, the website, the new billing system (which I presonally used since I did it cu i could ad it made my life easier) and a lot more QOL changes in the server, this is how they choose to repay me.
    - As I said again, the whole thing was based on him stating " he did not have access", I do not see him bringing that up, dumping all the the new BS claims on top of that. No matter what u say, the whole thread was based on that.
    - On several points you mentioned how I "stole"/ "didnt log properly" what I did. In fact, I believe my workflow was the most detailed out of any of the people who worked their. Even a few "work orders" i took, I would past a big message on the status and constantly update it for customer satisfaction, like "GOT ROLLS Done - 200", consant updates with screenshots.

    Say whatever you want, you can come up with a thousand things, doesnt matter to me.

    I see... lets answer each of the screenshots lol, I see what you did there, showing half the logs of eveything that has happened.

    - For the first one, This was when a potential worker was scamming people and logging into their accounts and snatching all the stuff. A guy whose ticket I attended was worked by carl, he had some random steam attached to it and I said I will investigate that matter if carl was the one who did it.
    - Multiple times I was the one who stood up for carl and trimix when these guys were so biased against them, I was/am still on friendly terms with both of them. A little bit of vulgar lingo usage is allowed, we do it in dms all the time (used to).
    - Matty has been one of the most troublesome workers I have worked with, staked gives her perference because she does service on his account. Whenever I try to debate with her she becomes angry and stak jumps in to save her day.
    - I have been biased on both Carl and Trimix cuz they both my bois, but when investigation of who scammed the customer accounts happened, I put them under my scope too.
    - Payment squabbles are always handled by me, its true sometimes I just use my authority to say things, but those are always said on friendly terms, I have never cut any money or done anything wrong with any of them (except matty cuz she feels entitled somehow)/
    - As for ed gein ticket screenshot posted lmao, none of the other mods attended to it as well cuz that guy was troublesome and I did not want to attend it (it was open for 10 + hours I think, where were the other 4 people working in primal?)
    - When asking for jobs, I ask a simple question, "can you do it or not" and "what ETA?", since I process and handle most of the service orders which come, I need a quick response or I will just give it to someone else.
    - As for logs which state adding $$ in my own wallet, this is when I provided GP from my own account! (my main account with the risk of getting banned) and then mark those transations as logged. You can see in screenshots it shows "bought 300m". Whenever primal didnot have stock I took the courtsey of delivering customers from my own osrs account.
    - As for other screenshots, Tom gave me $55 for doing diaries as a service, and the other transactions are defined exactly for the reason its given.
    - Dumping like that it makes hard for me to understand, give me the full conversation and I will tell you where and how.
    - I used to Paypal primal and add whatever i paypaled -10% his fee into my wallet everytime, you can have a look at my paypal of how much money I have sent him, its above $1000+ easily.

    I handled 1000s of tickets, and in none of these, there is any valid proof of what I did wrong. A few inexplainable things cuz that is literally a log lmao, without tickets and stuff I cant explain it. I will add my conversation with carl and trimix and matty if you have any problem (my personal DMS)

    Lot of the stuff there, Primal wont show complete log of because I have no access and it simply looks sussy if looked without context. Since this issue has taken so much of my time (I know I will defend anything easily enough) I would like additional money for this.

    In this scenario, if primal wins, he gets free $500 and if he looses nothing happened. If I win I get my money back which is owed to me and if I loose I am in -ve $500. I would like compensation for my time here as well if that is something which is possible.

    If I am so bad how I look in the screenshots my dms say something else, this is fun stuff between friends. All the other mods believed it was Carl who scammed the people even tho I found matty with the same evidence, because of this they stopped giving him service orders, I could not help him even when I wanted to.

    I have been respectful in my conversation and a litter banter here n there. You will notice me speaking like that to carl and trimix only and maybe Gate as well cuz these are homies, Matty who i never liked since the beginning, I spoke respectfully cuz I didnt want any problems.

    I will upload more screenshots and conversation videos, (cuz i wont hide behind screenshots lol, eveything with context will be shown there). (new folder on drive will be named - Update 26th)

    This convesation has been further turned from Primal Saying 'He had no access " (which is long forgotten) to me being the shitty retarded mod who messed everything up lol. A few times I had access to worth over $700 in crypto (more than my deposit) and I never stole from it NEVER, what makes u believe I will be stealing mils lmao. Check evey other game I play, be it valorant or any other, look at my steam, I have literraly spent $10k s of dollas on skins n stuff, i dont care about osrs mils which will earn me a few bucks.

    the latest post on his drive shows clear numerous violations of this, unless of course the only message sent includes: "let's continue this conversation in the ticket" or something around the lines of that.
    in line with anything "server" related with workers should be discussed in the designated channels made for exactly this purpose.
    I am of course, not saying anything against "personal conversation".

    i think i've established that we as it currently stands are out over 1000$ in accounts you've damaged, and you're wasting time of multiple people, not just your own.

    As mentioned weeks before you even bothered writing this report > if you'd have handed EVERYTHING over when you left, or even after you finished your temper tantrum a few days later, none of this would have been an issue.

    Because you made us wait weeks to receive our logs, accounts etc, you got us to where we are now.
    we have explicitly shown that we could not and did not access those logs.
    you have explicitly stated that you will "add us again" and added phantom in order to confirm what's there, after stating you wouldn't want to add me again, without a sythe mod watching me.


    the most fun part, we still have to clean up your mess afterwards in order to move all the data from the notion documents, which still need to be MANUALLY exported, since you're still not willing to hand them over fully.

    - Upon (proven) infractions on a customer's account, such as bans or mutes, the working agreement will be immediately terminated and the deposit forfeited.
    - You will be held accountable for everything happening on a customer account while providing a service.
    - The only thing done on an account must be the job specified, anything outside of this will result in immediate termination and forfeit of deposit.
    ^ Not sure what "proven" means, you had full access and my only job was to keep the accounts in stock, it was not my job to work on them, the only thing was to log-in and check if they were of correct status and still functioning at time of delivery from buyers. None of the accounts were touched by me further.
    (upon further looking through the old chats, I have some logs for the "account status checker" which i shared with primal and I believe that many of those zulrah accounts are the same today in that sheet, I havent checked but there are 33 accounts or so noted and shared with primal cuz we were testing if status checker was working or not)

    - You will not work for other service providers or alike without giving us notice. Doing so without giving notice will result in termination of the working agreement and having your deposit forfeited.
    ^ As far as common knowledge goes, "service providers and alike" does not constitute of dentist and hydra being service providers. The word I did for them was making videos and guides on how to use their programe, it can be considered the same thing as freelance work. It took me no more than 2 days of work to give them what they needed of which I was still available 8 hours a day on Primal Service to attend tickets.
    (multiple projects = 2 projects btw, also it was made known in admin chat that I was excited to do it as well, it was/is not a hidden fact)

    - Giving any information regarding orders or any information pertaining to 3rd parties outside of the Primal Services staff and workers will result in the immediate termination of your role as a worker and your deposit will be lost.
    ^ Ofc I will have to since it has come to this, tried my best to hide stuff from people who are reading and posted my drive link only in report section. If you have problem with me giving proof to sythe admins then that is on you.
    NOTE - This was not in my hiring terms, I have posted proof about this. Worker terms do not apply to me, I am a mod, the ones applied to me, I will share. Also I have not broken this even if this applies to me btw. (The message was edited in Primal server and I think this rule was added recently after the sythe report, tho I am not sure.)

    - Keeping anything happening in tickets or background of this server confidential - Failing to do so will result in a termination of agreements.
    ^ I have only done trade with people directly for my profit 2 times, one was with the Indian guy Zodarock, which primal was made aware of the day he messaged me and another was with a guy called Doc, he wanted to buy melee accounts and I had them in stock and again asked primal if I can sell them directly to him. (This can be found in my wallet logs but I do not have access), for zodarock, I will provide proof.

    - Clear documentation of all transactions\n\n Following proper trading protocol, confirmation dms, screenshots in every transaction.
    ^ I have always worked with proper protocols, even better I would say. Maybe a few times I forget to log buy/sell but that has ALWAYS been fixed later on when we would discuss where the missing gold is and would have found a ticket attended to me and I forgot to log it. (this happened very very rarely btw)

    - Fair distribution of incoming work among workers - No discrimination is tolerated.
    ^ This can not be more true in my case, I ALWAYS gave work evenly, even when Carl was not given work, I defended him. I genuinely believe none of the workers had less work when I was around. Work was distributed evenly according to the best of my abilities. (Matty was favoured by staked and got by a lot of thing.)
    There was one instance where I thought matty was using external help to complete orders because she was doing them unusually quickly, one day I investigated this and told her to show me how many accounts she was working on, took her 5 min (same time as launching OSRS instances) and I showed this to primal, cuz the login timer was 3 min on those instances suggesting that she quickly logged in them to give me a screenshot. Upon telling primal he said "as long as the customer accounts are fine it does not matter." Giving her a clear favour.

    - No business outside of tickets or dedicated groups
    ^ A few occasion I have done business (in this case 2 times with 2 people as mentioned above) a notice was already given and I was given clear approval to do so.

    NOTE - As for a "professional company", I do not feel right. Their owner has always trashtalked to me just because I speak my opinion, there have been many incidents and this started as soon as I joined. Further proof of this I will post. Tho primal has always been nice to me.

    Lets even then, consider the possibility that I did, the 3 penalty strike system, why was it not done with me if your funds kept going missing, and I was such a bad mod? I dont remember given any kind of strikes before or even now.

    ^ All these issues were found and fixed in stock, managing stock when literally 5 people are holding gold and at 1 point I am the only one online, its a headache honestly. You are telling me, you had 900m go missing and you didnt blame anyone? Ofc it was fixed, I dont believe your business does so well as to not look for that 900m lol.

    ^ As you can see the date, I did not have anything to do with RWT or osrs before I came here, so these things were new to me, I apologised straight away if I was doing anything wrog because these mistakes did happen. But again, once I was told this was wrong, I never took it to dms or conducted any business which will harm Primal Services. Also, I never advertised it privately lmao, I did so in the ticket if the customer wanted it, that is how you could see it, if I did it privately, you would never have known.

    NOTE for admins - This being said, there is 0 proof of anything I ever did, not wrongly. At this point, its a game of who said what. Please consider this. I have already provided proof and counter along with whatever terms were there.

    To Primal - Find me a single evidence of conducting business of your customer from Primal privately in which he gave me money, otherwise it only proves that something I did reply to customers in dms but only for the profit of Primal and nothing more. As I stated previously, only 2 people I have done business with who are in primal, all of those were asked from Primal beforehand and with approval.

    I apologize for my delayed response, as I've been traveling. There are numerous provisions to review, resulting in several matters that need addressing. I require you to respond to the following questions:

    1. Were any of the accounts that received infractions customer accounts?
      1.1. If this is the case, could you provide evidence substantiating this claim (i.e. chatlogs with customers where they gave you their account(s))?
      1.2. Additionally, can you establish a connection between these infractions and Chana?

    2. The phrasing of 'Giving any information regarding orders' is rather ambiguous and extremely broad.
      2.1. Could you clarify what this provision means (specifically the bolded part)? Please provide a reasonable explanation that is broadly accepted within the confines of Sythe. Could you also confirm that it was clear to Chana what was meant by this provision?
      2.2. Could you please provide concrete evidence demonstrating how Chana broke this rule?
      2.3. Also, please indicate whether this violation occurred prior to or subsequent to the report, supported by evidence.

      In regard to point 2: I have taken note of your discussion concerning the term 'service provider,' @Primal . It is important to recognize that the interpretation of the term 'service provider' on Sythe diverges from the standardized understanding of service providers. Considering that our context is situated within the confines of Sythe, we will adhere to the more specific 'Sythe' definition, unless you explicitly communicated to Chana that the scope of 'service provider' encompasses a broader meaning beyond individuals who provide leveling/boosting services in MMORPGs in exchange for (in-game) currency.

    3. Concerning the preservation of confidentiality regarding ticket-related or background activities, I have the same questons as those raised under point 2, @Primal .

    4. The points regarding documentation, fair distributions, and external business endeavors do not result in the forfeiture of deposits, according to the provisions outlined in your ToS and exit-ToS. Consequently, these aspects cannot not be taken into account (per default). Let us focus our attention on the initial three points.

    1: None, they were all produced for us by our staff, to be sold to future customers.

    all bans occurred between Chanas date of departure (27th of may) and Chana contacting us again regarding the deposit.
    The workers that have made these accounts are still active for us and have been active, without any negative occurrences related to macro bans to date.
    Chana has access to "all" plugins & clients. is known in the world and has been making tutorials for Hydra, which establishes to be well read into the use of macro products.

    if this were 1-3 accounts, i would say bad luck. however we've got 70+ accounts affected, made by 5+ different workers, from different countries.

    Some of the not permanently banned accounts were left with gear and stats that imply they have been used for the "botting purpose" the accounts had initially been made for.
    This lines up perfectly with chanas general impatience and losing interest in projects once they don't go his way, which in this case seems to have been a bannwave.

    Points 2 and 3 can best be summarized in a single message, they touch onto the same mindset:


    this is, simply put meant as:
    "what happens in a ticket, stays in a ticket."
    "what's discussed in staff chat, is meant for staff chat"
    "When in doubt, don't publish"

    Every business has their ways, their network and processes.
    If you work for Company XYZ, you also don't go on a forum and post
    "Ohh yeah we buy our product ABC over here"
    "ohh yeah, this is what we pay for XYZ with a profit margin of ABC"
    " we use ABC recruitment channel and it performs like XYZ"
    "We had a bad month"

    A lot of time and effort has gone into developing ours and having this displayed publicly could affect us in negative ways.
    A few quick examples for this would be:
    1: Competitors starting to copy our process, which in return makes us less "special" or saturate our channels
    2: customers seeing something which happens behind the scenes, which in return makes them less fond of our products

    This has been done multiple times over the process of this report, which could easily have been redacted and/or was completely irrelevant to the report itself.
    i would need to do further research to find evidence of this happening prior to the report.

    regarding the awareness of the rules:
    he has also been given multiple opportunities to ask for assistance or clarifications regarding the terms, specifically also upon providing terms, we always give opportunity for people to ask for clarification or adjustments.
    If any uncertainty would arise, why post instead of confirming things?



    And to touch ground on the following:
    I can agree that a "service provider" is to be considered along the "Sythe" definition.
    however, how does it feel having a moderator in a "manual labor service discord" making tutorials for botting software?

    This clause is in our terms so we can discuss with our staff team if the activity is harmful to our business as a whole, which in this case - it clearly is.
    alongside activity during the active operation, it is harmful for the image of the server as a whole.
