Thank you yet again for posting this time in the right place since I had to have your other thread deleted/hidden as it was both in the incorrect place and was just plain spam/slander (thanks @Yoshiki )

So let's get this all out again, OP applied to work for me on the 15'th as shown here - ⭐ NO DEPOSIT REQUIRED! | Buffed Service Hiring & Affiliations | OSRS & RS3! ⭐ and has also agreed to my hiring terms, of which he broke parts 3 and 5 via working for another service (in this instance @VirtGold )

Edit line - As he is mentioning "not having work from me", we was waiting on a few orders to be replied to. He was literally ranked a few hours prior, and then I found out about him working elsewhere which is when things changed

just for general public i'll show the terms he agreed to -

So we was finally able to finish things up on the 20'th (48 hours ago) due to time differences/real life we wasn't able to find time to meet up on the 18'th like we had planned to in order for him to join my work force, but was accepted to the team (just needed to sort deposit etc) - He had since applied to work for virt or so he mentioned on the 19'th-20'th, but had asked me if he should decline which obviously it says in my hiring terms you cannot work for another service so I confirmed he should



User had a few questions he wanted answered in this whole duration before today, and I have been more than happy to answer them the same as I was more than happy to try be more lenient towards an issue he mentioned he was having in which would make me breach my hiring terms to fit the needs he felt needed to be dealt with



You can see here, we accepted him and was trying to meet up with him on the 18;th


here he asked if he could work with "Eldardo" which we do not operate in, so that's not a conflict as such. What he does there is up to him, but of course I explained again as we hadn't met up for the deposit etc so he can be ranked that he would be fine to continue there as it isn't a service discord



Again, was explained there is a 30 day CD of which he seemingly hasn't understood somehow today as well, despite being told it a few times




Since the whole conversation where he asked me to agree to pay him in X-time instead of my original cooldown that I have set for specific reasons as now, he has instead tried to threaten me and also tried to guilt trip me several times mentioning my family and such which I feel is just disrespectful and rude

- I said I would think about his issue and let him know if I can do anything to bend the rules if you will, as generally if what he was saying to be true (I wont mention what) I felt bad for him

I generally looked into his profile etc, saw he was a worker in virts server and bought it to his attention that again, he had broke the hiring terms he had agreed to and as such needed to be sorted which has led to this shitstorm of an issue and him quite frankly just being as I say rude and disrespectful



This is just one of the many silly responses, in a 45 minute chat we had about the issue that he kept doing. I did nothing but try point out the terms he agreed to and tried to reason with the guy instead of making something go out of hand, instead he didn't want to listen to what I was trying to say and was trying to push in that I am essentially "stealing from him" which isn't true

He seemingly lied about when he applied/when he got ranked and if he was or wasn't working there too

Edit - again this is one of the many screenshots I can provide, where I tried and tried to explain the situation to him, and each time he came back with something about "you have family, this and that" to make me feel bad or the threat above etc



^ I was not once rude, simply just explained the rules of our agreements we have and tried to be as easy going as I could be for as I say 35-45 minutes to the point it became tiring

It isn't about money by any means lmao so stop trying to pick at straws to get sympathy points please..

You got the rules explained to you time and time again over the space of the past few days. And let's not forget your English is perfectly fine on discord, and you clearly do understand what you're being told (not to mention I had also mentioned if you had any questions, to ask which you did ask questions)

Again - You asked me to change my hiring terms for you which would mean I am essentially bending the rules to fit your needs which I said i'd think about it. Instead you joined another server before even getting a response or waiting by any means, and of which even then I was more than happy to be reasonable and talk to you in the appropriate manner

Anyway, enough responses from me. I don't need to run around in circles like I did on discord, goodnight

If you work for mc donalds, and they say hey Kirito just to let you know, you cannot work for KFC or burger king for 30 days or X-can happen or will happen then you run the risk when joining them in that time if you want to work for them

You did exactly this, and as such despite me trying to be more than reasonable with you, you decided to continue pushing for no reason instead of listening to the voice of reason

Right, well there is one thing I dislike and that's lying over such simple things to get sympathy lmao

So here we go - First of all, $200? WHAT? LOL my minimum rank.. You know THE RANK YOU bought in to "300M" 300M isn't $200, it's half of that if not less. Secondly, you are working for another server/service despite still being in non-compete with my service

"- You agree that you will work a 30 day no-compete clause in order to receive your deposit." , what this means is you cannot work for another service/server... Oh wait, you are doing that right now..



Now you can stop lying about such simple things, and you can stop showing yourself up. You agreed to my terms, and you have broke my terms several times now over the past 48 hours or so. You are in the end owed nothing, so please do "press charges" on me, because you will be wasting your time even more so like you did writing this bad attempt at a dispute where you failed to continue your very easy to understand English like you did on discord typing completely differently

You do not get a refund if you break a contract you knowingly accepted and agreed to. Feel free to show people where I had a gun to your head forcing you to agree to the terms

 

So I have just skimmed over more information as user is still working elsewhere despite being under non-compete with me, and forwarded to @Zora

User seemingly makes it sound like he is from new Zealand, however he is from morroco which is Africa and as said before and have shown he seemingly has two different language barriers of which he turns on and off when he wishes to
