But Dbuffed, you need a deposit to work for people usually... I don't have a deposit... I wont get hired

- No, you can STILL BE HIRED! We are taking a different approach to handling things, especially with hiring people to do the right things. At Buffed Services we understand that everyone is different, and you may have a different outlook to things and a different reason to why you want to join to the next person that applies and with that we do not mind what the reason is, we just ask that you respect those around you and enjoy what you're doing

- With that being said, I think it goes without saying despite the fact of all the lost causes of services giving people a bad name we still intend to allow you to have a shot at working with us, and benefit yourself along the way and maybe pick up some further experience and friends on this epic journey in the market

- If you cannot afford a deposit, do not worry. You can work off a deposit via our account store, the deposits start at 300M ($100 roughly) which isn't very hard to make via our method, and it also allows you to be able to come straight to work with us once the stuff is settled and sold

Now then, you may be asking yourself what we are after? I'm glad you asked!

The more roles you can cover the better, but obviously we cant just pile everything into one person and expect them to work a miracle over night, so we will discuss all applications and you will be informed if we are interested

What can you expect in return for working with us? -

Buffed Services have been running since 2012 and we are not looking to stop, even after 10 years of many many orders, several dozens of workers and far too many happy customers we have lost count, we still want to provide everyone the equal opportunity to make a difference and be paid to do it in the process

You will be working on a 75% split minimum (you will be paid 75% of the order(s) completed), and you may also upgrade your deposit at any given point to get potentially bigger orders than you are already receiving. Our main goal is to make everyone happy, and have everyone being able to make something out of the time they want to spend online regardless of if it's a part time hobby or a full time job for you

Hiring Terms -

- By posting an application, you understand my terms and agree to them by default.
- You understand if you go away for a period of time without telling us, you will be automatically removed from the service.
- You agree that you will work a 30 day no-compete clause in order to receive your deposit.
- You understand that any failure to complete/communicate on orders will result in you not being paid.
- You agree that you will not work on any private orders/other services.
- You agree that if you are fired, upon doing so you relinquish your deposit.
- You agree that my contracts are suitable for you, and you are fine to obey by them.
- You understand that if you take out any private orders, you will be removed from the service.
- You understand that all orders go through me, this is to avoid customer confusion and problems.
- You understand you will be working with the minimum wealth to avoid hacks/scams on all orders.
- You understand that any messing of accounts/items, you will be removed without a refund.
- You understand that when applying for a spot (such as levelling) you will only be given that type.
- You must have a profile & clean reputation across other forums along side Sythe.
- You will not leak or outsource customers information or orders.
- You will stay respectful and professional with all customers.
- You will use Skype & discord for contact references.
- You agree that I need to be part of your orders chat when processing it.
- You confirm that you will tell me when customers are trying to order with you.
- You agree that you will not snipe any orders, you will be removed if you do.
- You agree that all payments are held by me/managers unless informed otherwise.

Please note, that as a ticket support you will not be handling payments but you will be setting up the tickets so myself or a manager can come collect the payment and you will also be adding/removing people to tickets and such too

As a manager, you will be doing very similar to me, you will be handling tickets/payments/orders along side making sure everything is running smooth and updating everything along side me

Terms of Hiring -

- By filling in the application for the above rank you understand that you must also agree to worker TOS in order to be able to take/deal with orders
- You understand that you must inform me if you are going away for a bit of time, this can be due to the possibility of payments or such needing to be refunded/changed/someone else handles them
- You agree that you will work at a 30 day non-compete clause (this means you cannot/will not work for other providers/private work for 30 days) in order to receive your deposit back
- You understand and agree that failure to complete/deal with the appropriate tickets you assign yourself to can result in you receiving no payment for that/those specific ticket(s) and/or can have further action taken against you such as demoting to avoid further harm to our community/clients
- You agree you will not do any private work, all work must and will be done via the ticket system in the discord server (you will invite people who ask for work privately)
- You agree that if you are deranked/demoted you may also possibly forfeit your deposit and any possible splits you are holding at the time
- You understand that ALL work must go via the ticket system, this is both to protect you and our service as much as it is our clients that order from us
- You understand that the terms of service must be agreed to before you move forward or instruct a worker to move forward with an order in our ticket system
- You understand that although you are a higher rank than a worker with a larger deposit, you will work at a minimum wealth as per our worker TOS
- You understand you will not be dealing with any clients information either in ticket or privately (beyond payments) unless you are yourself doing that order
- You agree you will not outsource/bot/third party any of our service requests, result of doing so will forfeit your deposit and demotion of your rank
- You will remain respectful to customers at all times, customers may not always be polite but this is part of what we offer and as such you will uphold it
- You agree that you will not snipe work, all orders will be posted to our worker section for them to accept but you may also take orders (make sure to confirm with me first)
- You agree to deposit a $500 deposit of which is refundable, and you will not go over this at any given time. If you get close you will inform me so we can try sort something out
- You will work at 10-15% split per order or 5% if you are a ticket support
($200 deposit if you are ticket support)

What is your experience like? : I've been high staff for many areas, including botting communities, marketplace communities, Gmod servers, and RSPS servers, I was a shift supervisor at a job when I was 16, which later changed to an 18+ requirement because I had to supervise younger workers. I'm Cool with all the cool kids on the street. currently, I have my business breeding and selling reptiles, which involves heavily customer service and dealing with customers long after they make purchases to make sure they're happy.
