Resetting email for my account

I tried logging into sythe for the first time in months (maybe even years), and was told I need to reset my password. Unfortunately, I no longer have access to the old email adress, and wish to use my new email address for the account. My user was Ploxz.

The new email addess I wish to link to the account is

Since your IP is different, we cannot be sure you are the owner of the account.

 

I understand that the IP is no longer the same, but I have changed ISP's since my last log in (which i believe to be in earlier 2015). That being said, I have left my Skype on my profile (WeTheKermits). I still have that account, and if needed I can confirm my identity through that.

It's just unfortunate to have to start from the beggining, I wouldn't want people to start calling me a liar for vouches on another account, through a different name.


This is also not the only time I've asked for an account recovery due to email addresses, etc. Unsure if you keep archives of these threads or not, but I did renew everything a few months (years?) ago.

Then it seems like you cannot keep your account secure and it isn't our fault your having repeated problems.

You can provide me with information to prove ownership or you can make a new account and start again, I'm afraid.
