reset recoveries via email?

I recoverd my other account awhile ago just by putting in the email and it instantly let me change pass. Now i am trying to take recoveries off a account i have now. Is there a way i can recover with email and change pass and it will reset the recoveries? If so how do i get it to work. I have my email registered but when i try to recover it just sends me through the appeal process.

 

I don't understand what you're saying, but if you want to remove recoveries on an account, use the 'Recover Stolen Account' option. If recovered, recoveries are removed

 

yes i know this. when you do that it gives you two options. recover by email or without one. if i choose the email way would it reset my recoveries?
