Refurbished parts, and doesn't have to be Windows 7, 2000 is fine :) Also, just the price of everything in the tower :)

UPDATE: How much would a computer that could run this nicely cost refurbished (self built)? http://www.sythe.org/showthread.php?t=1316281

Man, refurbished it hard because I have no way of knowing which parts you have availible. Under 500 and you're good. Pick a site that you're going to buy the parts from

If you had a local computer store near you (like... not Best Buy but a locally owned store) they might have some old computers they'd be willing to part with for fairly cheap.

I'm not sure, but as SuF said, that might be worth a try.

This might be worth a try actually. There's one of them near me, it can't hurt having a look :) But would it run this http://www.sythe.org/showthread.php?t=1316281? Thanks :)

Almost any computer can do this. Your PC would have to be a real pile of junk if you can't run Runescape or a Simba client..
