Refurbished parts, and doesn't have to be Windows 7, 2000 is fine Also, just the price of everything in the tower

Man, refurbished it hard because I have no way of knowing which parts you have availible. Under 500 and you're good. Pick a site that you're going to buy the parts from

 

If you had a local computer store near you (like... not Best Buy but a locally owned store) they might have some old computers they'd be willing to part with for fairly cheap.

 

yeah, I know i have a computer recycling center near me and they let you tear comps down to salvage parts like a junkyard.

Nobody would know unless you actually had the computer and knew what the specs were.

 

Says it needs:

• Min 1GB RAM
• Min 1.8 GHz Processor

or

• i3 Processor

 

Almost any computer can do this. Your PC would have to be a real pile of junk if you can't run Runescape or a Simba client..

 

get more RAM, a better processer or more of them and better CPU
