Requirements on being a Mod.

Honestly, anything is possible - just aim to be the kind of member who gets noticed for their good work and deeds across the forums.
I myself rarely (almost never) went in Tinychat, IRC, the Spam Forum, or any other areas of Sythe, I never sent in any spam reports nor filed any scam reports... I barely even ventured outside the Graphics Section. One day I was promoted to Runescape Sectional much to the dismay of many other members, which goes to show even the little people have a chance.

It's all about you as a person, not about the reports you file or the members you get banned.

People went apeshit when you got rs mod....wonder what they think now...

the irc isn't official anymore so wouldn't really help, but you can still meet more people on irc and get your name around...might help. I never really reported anyone, unless really necessary.
