[Requests] UI & Signature

Looking for a regular user UI. This is what my old one looked like from back in the day. Obviously would be grey this time. I'd like one similar to that. If you have your own idea/design that you think I might like I'd be keen to take a look

I think the font is Bring Tha Noize Font | dafont.com



As for the signature, go nuts.
