Is it allowed, or do you have to say you're free to do it "if you want".

EDIT: Also, can a Mod please edit my title of my WoW levelling service to say [RSGP] WoW Powerlevelling and GoldFarming [PayPal]

I believe it's an 'if you want to' in every case.

In the future, report your thread with a message asking for the title to be changed.

Vouches are not to be requested, it's up to each trader to vouch or not.

Try PMing Mods for the thread's section, reporting your own threads does get the job done, but it's not the best way.

Asking for vouches is not allowed, however feel free to ask politely for one after completing a task off site (msn for example.) Never force someone to give you one or it just makes you look bad.

Also if you PM a mod you will get your title changed a lot quicker.
