Requesting Unban: Asialicous

Hello,

I created my sythe account a few years ago, and I had used sythe as a resource for RS. Recently I have decided to move on with my life and sell my account. As of Today, August 29th, 2014 @ 10:00pm EST. I was banned for malicious behavior Off of site.

If you look at my ban report you will see a dispute I had in PB. I used powerboat to find middlemen when i was trying to buy an account. On Powerbot a middle man with the username Antwerpen was the MM I used. Unfortunately mid transaction I was scammed. I lost 500m and an account in the trade. I was banned. They claimed I tried to frame Antwerpen, but if you look through out the thread you will see many things that didn't seem to add up. One of all, Antwerpen had a biased trial with the moderators. He was friends with many of them (hence why I thought i would used him as a MM). 2. he contradicts him self in my proof, and Skype. I still have original Skype message with the account seller and the middleman. Which I can link if asked for.
Here is the thing that caused it to be an unfair trial, due to my ban on PB, I cannot access PB at all, and I have screenshots of Antwerpen selling the exact account I was trying to buy. The seller, who offered the account on Sythe was friends with Antwerpen, and they had private Skype conversations in dutch. If you look through powerboat at Antwerpens threads you will see the account he had for sale, and if you go through sythes accounts sales for rs3 you can find the exact same account up for sale at a different date by a different user. I was scammed and then framed for framing, which in the end Permantely IP banned me from PB.

If the Sythe Moderators could please look into my case it would be very appreciated. I am not here to scam anyone, and i am only here to buy/sell goods. If you look at my previous record on sythe I have never had any problems. I have bought gold, and accounts through sythe, and always look to sythe for when I am in need of items pertaining to RS.

Please do post proof of your claims.
Simply stating what happened can't really get you unbanned unfortunately.
It's not a problem for the chats to be in dutch, that's what I'm here for
