Requesting TWC on user: thecryptic

Saw "thecryptic's" thread in the market for runescape 2007 accounts. He claims that the pictures were taken today because "the orbs are there." The problem though, is that the orbs that were updated into the game today don't show the special attack meter. His orbs that are in his pictures do show this meter. Seems very fishy to me.
