Other info: In pic 1. it shows him saying he has over 20b stock. The other pics are the convo between us in pic 4. he says he is out of stock, then in pic 5 he says he has some left. Then he blocks me after I ask how he got more stock and why he lied

Interesting conversation, but what was said could be true.

In the pictures he said he was speaking to 3 other potential customers. He was taking a while speaking to you, then appears to have had an offer from someone to buy him out.
Instead, the guy only wanted to buy 20B, which supports his story of having "some left".

I'm going to give this user the benefit of the doubt with the evidence provided.
