    The one we considered as "home IP" is the one starting with 69.126 though I've always been certain this one wasn't a home IP, so figured I'd dig to get some proof.

    I'm fairly sure he's not him, though I believe it's a proxy.
    Please issue a TWC until he has posted from an original home IP.

    In a private chat with him he claims to have "always wondered why the senior mods like you, mootrucks, pendulum don't run big gold websites as being the most trusted out of sythe because of your status" thus suggesting he has known Mootrucks when he was an actual moderator - and besides, "always" is quite the word to use for just one month.
