Enchanted Hunters Owes me RSGP

As title states, http://www.sythe.org/members/386708-enchanted-hunters.html (enchanted hunters) owes me RSGP for an order he did not complete. The order was for 2.5M 07. He did some part of it but then went offline and was unable to complete.

So I told him I'd agree to 2M 07. We have responded a few times but have not come into an agreement. He is offering to do some quests for it but I no longer need any services done so I'm requiring him to pay me part of the previous order that he did not complete (2M 07) back. He staked the money I gave him so he currently has no cash to pay back.

I'm wanting him temporarily banned or something until he repays me the 2M 07.

Can you post proof of him not completing the service?
