Will run an IP check and let you know, as of right now I can't find the Skype ID posted on the account Coleteague1, however if you can please get me the screenshot

His skype adress and sythe username was: Coleteague1

 

Dave asked me to take a look at this.

On the Skype screenshot, it shows him as from Gastonia, US. That is in North Carolina. The Sythe account Coleteague1 posted exclusively from IPs nearby in North Carolina. Based on this the skype name matching the Sythe name, I think there is enough evidence for a ban.
