Requesting TWC for Joshee

Joshee never scammed, but seemed EXTREMELY sketchy all around. Proof I was talking to him:

What happened: Initially Josh PMed me on Skype to MM a name trade between him and Harleigh. I agreed. At first, Harleigh wanted to just give him the account, transfer details, and be paid. He didn't want to do this and left the group.
1st group convo:

Then Harleigh agrees to transfer the name, instead of just sell the account. We rejoin another group, where I then ask if he will transfer the name. He laughs and leaves, claiming via our own PM that he didn't want Harleigh to boot him off the account during transfer. Funny, because if he did become disconnected, it'd be obvious why, and he would then be refunded his money.

Harleigh then agrees to become responsible at this point. We get in a third group, and he requests a PM for me to agree to the trade details. The second after I sent, he says he has to go right at that second. Seems very sketchy, and I want it noted that no trade happened, if he claims otherwise down the road.

It's kind of shady that he had to go right after you sent the PM, but after reading the rest of your conversations I don't see a TWC being needed for this.
