Aside from the fact that he's TWC'd (Restricted) on there, I believe he should be Banned or TWC'd on here due to the fact that:
1. He's been hiding his contact information (it's not posted anywhere publicly), meaning he wants to hide who he is and disassociate himself with his past on Powerbot.
2. On top of the fact that he probably did try and teamviewer scam both of those users (I mean come on, the likelihood of him receiving two scam accusations in the same day BOTH coincidentally Teamviewer scams??), he went inactive after that and never returned or tried getting his restriction removed. Meaning he didn't care about that profile, and likely had been banned or restricted there before and was a vader, as well as is probably vading there currently. This is also the reason that I believe he may as well just be banned as opposed to TWC'd, considering he'll probably just vade anyways.
