Ban/TWC Quest Beast! Attempting to scam

Explanation of the trade: So basically i have a thread for selling runescape names, he added me saying he was interested.
How they scammed: He instantly waved his like 10 vouches so i could already tell he was trying to scam, he instantly pressed saying i should go first saying i have less vouches which i dont and i replied, ill only sell using an MM. At first he was into it then made up some bs saying that Its too much of hastle to use an mm... He was clearly was trying to scam and deserves TWC
Sythe PM picture: Did not PM - But I type in his skype username on google and he actually has a thread where he indeed posts his skype name for people to add. (Typed in 'redrunert sythe' to google)
