    Requesting Pardon

Greetings, everyone. My name is Andrew in real life and I went by the name Mr Extremez on here before I got banned.

The reason for me getting banned was because I was being stupid and I scammed OldSchoolPlayer on here about 3 weeks ago. His profile link here: http://www.sythe.org/members/374814-oldschoolplayer.html The deal was for me to get him 83-87 strength for 3.5m(1m/level pretty much). Another catch of the deal was for me to get him it fast in 3-5 days. In the first couple of days I got 84.5 strength and then out of laziness and out of other priorities that I should have ignored at the time I stopped doing the order. I now realize that I should have focused on his deal a lot more than I did and I could have gotten it done easy and there would have been no problems.

Now at this time what I should have done was just stopped and fully refunded him because I didn't feel like completing the order. But instead of doing this I decided to be ignorant and act like I completed the order. I ended up deleting him from Skype for around a week and then he started spamming on my services thread on here and I got a mod to delete them another bad decision.

Finally after doing some research and asking some on skype what his skype name was I added him back and re payed him the amount that was owed. The deal was 1m/level and I did 1.5 levels so I ended up giving him 2.25m back and tipping him 250k. I regret my actions fully and will stay away from any of these types of actions if I ever do get a chance to once become a user on Sythe again. Also I don't know if this means anything or not but when I had access to his account I never took anything off of it not any pray pots or anything that he didn't want me to take off and I didn't raise the defence either because he wanted to keep it low.

Here are some of my vouches of succesful trades I made when I was unbanned on sythe: http://www.sythe.org/vouches-forum/1364285-mr-extremez-vouches.html

One more thing is I made an account named Jmanku4 about a year ago and I have used it to make only 3 posts ever. The 3 posts have consisted of me doing a service for someone, vouching someone, and asking to buy someones account which he never sold it to me. I also got vouched on this account when I used it once his vouches were located here: http://www.sythe.org/vouches-forum/1580539-jmanku4s-vouches.html
I think he has been banned now because I told a mod about him but that's okay because I don't plan on ban evading and you can check if I have done it on any other accounts before also. Thanks.

Here are some images of me refunding him:

And yes, personally I do believe you should have to pay the full amount.

    Opinions?

The reason for me only paying him back only 2.25m for not finishing his service and not the full 3.5m is because I had already done 83-84.5 for him. As you can see in our skype chat logs our deal was 3.5m ahead for 83-87 which is half way to 90 or 1m/level so I payed him back the appropriate cash owed to him for our deal. If it's more suitable and is needed I can pay him back the full 3.5m though. He did say he would pay me an extra 2m if I went fast but we never agreed on that so I wanted to go at my own pace but he changed the pass after 5-7 days because I wasn't going fast enough for him. I realize now I went way to slow and have refunded him I'm very sorry.

    Proof of Our Deal:

It was a scam, therefore you must repay all the money owed before your case is considered
