Requesting Pardon from >3 years ago

Hey so I requested a pardon a while back and I followed the mod's instructions but the people that the hacker on my account scammed haven't messaged me at all. It's been more than 3 months now. Here's the other thread I made a couple months ago:

The get_fut_coins guy never responded, and I've sent the mark guy several friend requests on Skype but he's never accepted. I don't know how to show proof for the date of my friend requests being sent, but I can show that I messaged the get_fut_coins guy and he never responded, below.

Please, I've tried to get in contact with the victims because I want to return to Sythe and trade again after waiting more than 3 years, especially considering I personally never scammed anyone since someone hacked my account. Let me know what else I can do to return.
