Requesting Pardon for Scamming, ban evading

• Anything you weren't banned for but want to confess to now: Well i deserved ban for customer getting scammed since it was my resposibility to hire person that is trustworthy but i have refunded payment so i dont know. and also about ban evading i changed my isp in hopes to start from clean sheet since all my pardon has been on voting for very long time:2-3months) i assumed that it was denied and i changed isp and created new account wich i should have never done but on both evading accounts my history is clean i havent scammed anyone or tried to scam anyone instead i tried to help comunity by offering them free questing. i am really sorry that i evaded thats why admited that i evaded myself : Follow up i could have continued evading and nobody would ever have clue but i am honest person i dont like to lie. i couldnt lie so thats why mind decided to do.
• Detailed description of the events that took place and why you think we should forgive you: i had local worker for me that did quests for me when i had 2 orders i contacted him than i had to go to village for 2 weeks and as i come back home i see that my account is banned right when i saw post that scam victim made i Immediatly refunded money back. i am very honest guy i wouldnt ever do it in my life if i did something like that and stole money from someone i would regret it whole my life so that would never happen. its my 4th pardon i think my pardons either get locked or go on voting and get denied without even getting posted on pardon decision thread. so please put yourself in my shoes and make decision after that .

Your last pardon was denied on Jul 7, 2017 (not added to pardon decisions though) meaning you can pardon again on Jan 7, 2018. Thanks to the fact you ban evaded twice (@BstQuester & @freedom777) or maybe even more your chances of getting unbanned did just decrease. I'd suggest to stop ban evading and wait patiently, maybe it would help to Request a DNT so that you can atleast involve yourself with the community again which might make it less tempting to ban evade again.
