Mr. Fox - Ban Appeal

Hello,

I was recently banned from this forum because of this ban request -
Reporting Mr FOX Boosting services A.K.A. Lolskinshop services

I did not have any opportunity to answer to this complaint as I was out of the country and was given a ban way too easy handed.

Jeremy was boosting for my services and I do take insurance money if something goes bad, it does not have to be a ban. The reason why he was not paid his previous 30 EUR that he had worked for me so far was because:

He promised to start a bigger sized boost 5-6 times with no effort of actually doing anything resulting in a refund for my services.

- I lost money because of his incompetence to do anything as he's promised to that other boosters could have finished flawlessly
- I lost a long time customer who has ordered for 10x more than his 30 EUR and would have purchased in future as well
- He has been threatening to DDos me( which you can even see from pictures that he posted - I would not warn him to not DDOS with no reason https://i.gyazo.com/9cc34248c4ff488fc5580da29414d190.jpg ) and acts disrespectfully.

I have never scammed anyone and never will. I have a massive clean reputation in every forum and site.
These are VERY valid reasons to not pay someone.

Need picture proof he threatened to DDoS you. Also, do you have picture proof of him agreeing to your insurance ToS?

Unless you paid him for orders which he then did not complete, him promising to complete orders without payment doesn't warrant a ban. Unethical, and terrible business practice? Yes, for sure.

From what I gather, you would owe him the 30 EUR, unless he agreed to your insurance clause.

Here's Jeremy agreeing to the rules, had to cut some parts out as there was a lot of random chatter.

 

The insurance part doesn't really cover him leaving a boosting order unfulfilled.

Either way, I've gone ahead and banned him for DDoSing/DDoS threats.

I'll ask some of the other staff and see what the best course of action to take is. Give me a day or two.

Not paying for the work he completed would be a scam. Your justification for not paying him does not cancel out the work he already completed for you. He'd still be warranted a payout.

 

As mentioned his damages to me were a lot more than his 30 EUR, in order to avoid misunderstandings in that department I have made the insurance policy. As an extra, it would be pretty dumb to provide resources to someone who has bad intentions towards you.

If you do not understand the reasoning behind that and can't lift the ban without it, sure I can pay him that amount.

 

If your insurance policy included what happened/was more specific, it would be a different story. I understand where you're coming from, and agree, but rules and rules my friend.

Anyway, jerermy is banned, so I'll suss out what the next step is.
