Since there was no way for me to refund Jake and I missed this community very badly,
I ban evaded. Although I've never scammed ANYONE since this incident happened, the ban evaded accounts got banned aswell. I just now noticed you could request pardons, so because I think I do deserve a 2nd chance, I'm requesting this for my "original" Sythe account.

• Detailed description of the events that took place and why you think we should forgive you:

Back in May 2015 I was in a bad situation, both mentally and financially, because I had lost my job, which occured very suddenly and unexpected. This is not supposed to be an excuse for what happened, but rather an explanation: I scammed a guy I've previously traded private server gp for 49.15m oldschool gp. I needed the money urgently at that time and didn't even think about the consequences, I just acted. I did regret this immediately, realizing what I had done and what impact this would have. This act wasn't planned at all, I just donated $100 to Sythe just a few weeks before that. After solving my financial problem/had enough gp back for refund, I immidiately contacted Jake to pay him back his losses. He ignored my messages, even blocked me a few weeks later. I've to this date never gotten a reply back, nor the chance to repay him back. Of course I am still willing to pay this guy back, also the equivalent to todays worth of the 49.15m gp.

Since I just now discovered the request pardon I tried to give it a try. I truly think I do deserve another chance.

I'm sorry, could honestly not even remember these myself, except for this, I even searched my old PC for anything related to Sythe.

 

Since my request is locked already; if thats a denied pardon I can't change that, won't ever come back to this site just tried using this as a last chance. In that case (IF it's already denied, can't tell at that point) please delete the request pardon as I'm not too confident having my IP posted openly for everyone. I HONESTLY could not remember any of these 2011-2012 sythe accounts, except fcb7buc, and I can't think of any else. Have a good day

 

Your IP isn't posted anywhere. Could you please dig deeper and search for all the accounts you have used?

 

After quite some time of searchin throughout all my email accounts, even some old hard drives, I've found 2 more accounts that are related to me. I can say that these are to my knowledge and best beliefs all of the accounts.

• im a taylor
• wet weezy (this account has not been made by me, nor have I ever used it, hence why it's probably not banned for ban evading). A real life friend made it using my email address.

I know my past seems pretty bad, looking at all this ban evaded accounts. Can only say that I have
not scammed anyone since I have been banned on kushl9ve..

Scam debt: Around 40 or 50M @ Jun 2012
Debt calculation: Agreed with an admin we'll hold you liable for 45M of it. Prices were $0.55/m - $0.75/m. In the middle that'll be 0.65/m. 0.65 x 45 = 29.25$.

Debt calculation: Prices were $0.25/m - $0.35/m. Going in the middle is 0.30/m so that's 40x0.3 = 12$.

Miami Apple, Swity and Yomega were definitly not my accounts (real life friends), about the others I can only say I'm shocked and upset, since I honestly didn't remember or found any information about these, I don't have the PC anymore I used back in 2011-2012.

Anyways it's quite obvious I'm a huge ban evader, however I "only" scammed 2 people, none after Kushl9ve. Of course I'm willing to spend the people that I've scammed. I'm posting this because I'm getting too old for this ban evading stuff, if this appeal gets denied I'm done for good even though I've always loved this community.

Besides that I feel bad that you had to do all this gravedigging, for me. I don't think there's anything more left to say. Thank you for legitly reviewing this and not auto-denying

There's no way for us to figure this out, therefore you'll be held liable for those aswell.

Obviously you'll need to repay your scam victims. I have left all the contact details and what you owe them in my post above. As per the sticky in this section, please read: [READ BEFORE REQUESTING A PARDON] Rules to avoid thread being locked or auto-denied.

Those you need to repay to community repayment can be repaid to me via Bitcoins - otherwise you're free to refund it to any other moderator that accepts other payment methods.

 

Could you provide me some more information regarding the scam accusations I have listed and the scam reports I'm not aware of the actual amount scammed? The mature and honest you handle repaying your scam victims, the better it'll be for the result of your pardon eventually.

 

Alright, you have taken your time bringing up my scummy past, which clearly proves I wasn't a very
responsible nor a mature person back then (not to forget I was ~14-15years during these incidents).

I guess it's now finally time to man up and clear up some things here, better late than never:

First off, although it's been a long time, I want to apologize to the people I did scam in the past.
Believe it or not, I actually do regret every single of those actions.


Regarding the scam accusations (3):
I do not recall the exact events, but I most probably did end up scamming them.

I would be willing to refund them aswell, but I can't find any contact information
for the first 2 people who accused me of scamming and the third one has been banned.


Regarding the scam reports (5):

• 1. Kushl9ve - Scammed jakehor for 49.15m OSRS gp
• This occurred in April 2015

• 2. SSGP buyers - I swapped accounts with idonnzb14 and recoveredmy account back, no additional transaction (he got his account back too), however apparently I did take 200k and bone daggers off his account.
• This occurred in December 2011

• 3. Infusions - Scammed mikkelrev for 15m RS3 gp while doing a QBD Service.
• This occurred in September 2012

• 4. Marvin4296 - Scammed stojac for 45m RS3 gp as his payment for a
• dungeoneering service order.
• This occurred in June 2012

• 5. Supply48 - Scammed mz132613 for 40m RS3 gp for an instagram follower order.
• This occurred in January 2013

Regarding the refunds for scam reports:

Regarding report 1; refund for jakehor: I've already contacted him on skype and will do
that again now regarding the refund of the scammed gp.

sure I can toss him a bond and apologize, as a little gesture. I'll try to contact him on skype now.

EDIT: I could not find him on skype under his ID. I'd Pm him on sythe, thats not really an option, as you know best.

the worth of the gp I scammed of him.

I have never really used Bitcoins, but I'm willing to get into it, once the other refunds are good to go.
It probably wouldn't matter which Mod I would refund the worth of the people scammed in report 4. & 5, but as Wortel probably spent hours diggung very deep for me, I would prefer him to receive the $41.25 worth of BTC.

I haven't scammed anyone since May 2015, even though I kept on Ban Evading to be a part of this Community.

I've tried my best, I've been as honest as I could, I really didn't remember the sythe accounts which I didn't state.
If this does get denied, theres nothing more I can or I will do, I won't come back here. In that case, all the best to you.

Honestly respect to the Sythe mods, I do know what you do for this community and how much time you invest into it.

Hope the scammed people contact me back for refund asap, and that I haven't forgot something again. Please let me know, how to proceed further, if I don't happen to get a reply back.

so I'm checking my Skype every day to see if anyone I have to pay back got back to me,
but so far nothing has happened. Will I have to give them exactly 1 month time to reply for the

You can atleast Request a DNT for now, make sure to read the stickies there first though.

I have PM'ed the 3 Sythe users that are awaiting to be repaid.

 

I tried adding these IDs to my skype but still couldn't find them.
(Either I'm doing something wrong or he has deleted his skype? -not sure)

I'll post a request for DNT now, that would be one step in the right direction
